Dewey did such a wonderful job painting our faded shutters. Not only did he do a perfect color match to our new front door, he also repaired some of the shutters that I had not realized had been damaged. He also painted the shutter hardware to match the new door's hardware as well, something I hadn't even thought to request. He, and his wife, were so easy to work with and got the job finished way faster than I had expected. All-in-all I know who I'll be calling for all my painting needs in the future, and I recommend whoever is reading this review to do the same.

Dewey is a very professional painter providing wonderful results. We had Dewey paint a family room a year ago and were very pleased with the outcome. We recently had Dewey paint both interior and exterior of the house. We were again very pleased with the timely completion of the work and the reasonable cost. While we were away, Dewey came in and transformed our interior trim to a beautiful fresh make over. It was like walking into a new home! Dewey did our exterior painting too. He is fast and detailed. Dewey doesn’t stop until color and painting is Perfect. Honest and very trustworthy. Dewey even left our thermostat set for being away. He cleaned our gutters and even trimmed some trees!! Dewey is my first “ go to for help” person.

Note to Homeowners and Potential Clients: There is a lot more than just buying a can of paint and a paintbrush to painting projects. One is the difference between dry time and cure time. Two is the difference between washable and scrubable. Three is the difference contactor grade and top quality paint. Fourth is the difference between oil-based paint and acrylic paint. Fifth is the different sheen levels of flat and glossy and several in between and when and where each sheen level should be used. Sixth is spray application vs. brush and roller application. Oil-based paint over time yellows. Acrylic paints, depending on if you are using Benjamin Moore products, will have greater color retention. You should be asking the contractor that you choose to use, what is the product that they intend on using, so you can do your own research and how your contractor intends on doing the prep work.
